Return Policy

General Policy

For customers in the US, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we currently do not accept returns from customers outside the United States.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For lace front and virgin hair products, do not trim the lace or stick it with glue. The wig must be in the same condition you received it in (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products, or odor and lace uncut) in order to be returned. For these products, an 18% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund amount.

If your return is accepted and confirmed via email, please ship the products back using a trackable shipping method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

 

Damages and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item, then initiate a return request for the item you have.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
