Wig Care

Our wigs are made of high-quality, heat-resistant synthetic fibers, which allows the wigs to be used for a long time while still retaining their shapes and styles. Taking proper care of your wig is easy, please check out the tips below!

Wig Storage

Make sure to store your wig using a dedicated wig stand or hook to help maintain the shape and styling of the wig.

Washing & Conditioning

You will need to clean your wig regularly with shampoo and conditioner, ideally once a month or after every 20 uses. Although you can use regular hair care products, some might contain chemicals that can damage synthetic wigs. Therefore, we recommend using special wig shampoo and conditioner.

Brush out the wig before washing. Fill a basin with cool water and add the shampoo. Put the wig in the water and let it soak for a few minutes. While you are washing the wig, avoid excessively rubbing and lathering the wig as that will lead to more tangling. Use a conditioner that is hydrating enough to help detangle the wig.

Refill the basin with clean water to rinse out the shampoo and conditioner, repeat as needed. Be careful to hold the wig in one direction to minimize tangling. Dry the wig with a towel and place it on the wig stand to air dry. Do not blow dry.

Once the wig is dry, you can spray it with a detangler or hair cream if you want, combing the products through the fibers.

Wig Storage

  • Avoid rubbing against things that create friction, that causes static on the wigs
  • Avoid brushing your wig when it is wet from water, steam, rain, snow, excessive spraying, or perspiration
