You can set up an account with us at heartemis.com to easily access your order history, tracking information, reward points, and a faster checkout. 

 

Order Processing

Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the subject 'ORDER #HMXXXXX confirmed' from hello@heartemis.com. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.

Orders will take 1-2 business days to process before shipping out. If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your order, please email us at hello@heartemis.com. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed by our warehouse, then we can no longer cancel or make changes to the order. We strongly advise customers to email us at hello@heartemis.com with cancellation or change requests ASAP.

Incorrect billing and/or shipping information may result in shipping delays and additional charges.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. This cost will automatically show up during the checkout process, after you have entered in the delivery address information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email regarding the tracking of your order. 

 

Additional Shipping Charges

For shipments returned to us due to incorrect or non-standard address information or refusal upon delivery, there will be a $15 shipping and handling fee per wig. This will be automatically charged to the payment method you provided and this fee is non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.

 

Reshipment

There will be a $15 shipping & handling fee per wig for reshipment if the package is returned to the sender due to inadequate address information.

 

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends do not count as business days when calculating shipping times.
